Build note — test the form after uploadingThis form posts to
/contact.php, which emails the enquiry to the address set at the top of that file. Both that address and the sending address must exist in cPanel > Email Accounts. Send one real test submission after upload and confirm it arrives — if delivery fails the visitor is told plainly and given the phone number, but the enquiry is not stored anywhere. Remove this notice once tested.
